Refund Policy
Last Updated: July 22, 2026
Our promise
We want you to be happy with GetYourCV. If a paid plan isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no complicated conditions. This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions.
GetYourCV is operated by ENTALEQ SUARL, 75 Av. Kheireddine Pacha, Tunis 1073, Tunisia.
What's covered
- Monthly subscription — full refund if you request it within 14 days of the initial purchase.
- Quarterly subscription — full refund if you request it within 14 days of the initial purchase.
- Lifetime plan — full refund if you request it within 14 days of purchase.
The 14-day window runs from the date of the payment shown on your receipt. You can request a refund even if you have already used the paid features during that period.
Renewals
Subscription renewals are charged automatically. You will receive a receipt from Paddle for every charge. If a renewal was charged unexpectedly — for example you meant to cancel and forgot — contact us within 14 days of that renewal charge and we will refund it in full and cancel the subscription.
Renewal charges older than 14 days are not automatically refundable, but we still review these case by case. If a charge isn't eligible for a refund, you can still cancel at any time to prevent future billing: cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and stops any further payments, though it does not by itself trigger a refund.
If we change or discontinue the Service
The 14-day guarantee above is not the only refund you may be entitled to. If we discontinue a material paid feature, shut the Service down, or cannot provide a paid feature for more than 30 days because of events outside our control, you are entitled to a further refund — including after the 14-day window has closed. Sections 11 and 15 of our Terms and Conditions set out exactly how that refund is calculated for each plan, including the Lifetime plan.
How to request a refund
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, so refunds are requested through Paddle. To withdraw, cancel, and/or request a refund, contact Paddle using one of the following methods:
- Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your transaction confirmation email.
- Submit a request via the support link provided in your receipt or within your account's billing page.
- Visit paddle.net and select the "Request refund" option.
You can also email us at [email protected] with the word "Refund" in the subject; including your order or receipt number helps us find your purchase quickly. We don't require a reason, though we always welcome feedback about what didn't work for you. If you're not sure of your transaction details or whether you're eligible, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
As our Merchant of Record, Paddle processes refunds under its own Refund Policy. The 14-day guarantee on this page is more generous than Paddle's default, and Paddle issues the refunds we approve.
How long it takes
We review every request within 2 business days. If eligible, the refund is issued by Paddle to the same payment method where possible, within 14 days of approval — often much sooner, though exactly when it appears depends on your bank or card issuer. We will email you to confirm once the refund has been issued.
What happens after a refund
When a refund is issued, your paid plan ends and premium features stop being available. Your account and the CVs you created stay in place on the free plan — a refund does not delete your data. You can keep using GetYourCV for free or upgrade again later.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example repeated buy-and-refund cycles on the same account or payment method, fraudulent or unauthorised payments, or a breach of our Terms and Conditions.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. This policy grants that same 14-day window to every customer, wherever you live, and nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence. Paddle's transaction records are used to verify eligibility and timing, but do not override your statutory rights.
Problems with a charge
If you see a charge you don't recognise or believe was made in error, please contact us first at [email protected]. We can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute, and we'd rather fix it directly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the date you paid. Material changes are reflected in the date at the top of this page.
